2. Services Provided

CertHub offers IT certification courses from various providers, including Cisco, Microsoft, SAP, CompTIA, and others. Our services include course delivery, exam preparation, and certification guidance.

CertHub does not guarantee that course completion will result in certification, employment, or career advancement, as these depend on external factors, including the student’s effort and exam performance.

3. Course Enrolment & Access

  • Access to online courses is granted upon full payment.

  • Course access may have an expiry date, and it is your responsibility to complete the course within the given timeframe.

  • Sharing, reselling, or distributing course materials is strictly prohibited.

  • CertHub reserves the right to revoke access if a user is found to be in breach of these Terms.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Payment must be made in full before access to the course is granted, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.

  • CertHub uses Stripe as the primary payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions.

  • CertHub reserves the right to charge additional administrative fees for payment processing, late payments, or failed transactions.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 General Refund Policy

We comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which entitles customers to a refund only in cases where services are faulty or not as described. Refunds will not be issued for:
✅ Change of mind after purchase
✅ Failure to complete the course within the given timeframe
✅ Non-attendance of scheduled exams or training
✅ Inability to meet course prerequisites

5.2 Refund Process

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to bookings@certhub.com.au.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All course content, materials, and intellectual property remain the property of CertHub or its licensors.

  • Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any course materials without prior written consent.

  • CertHub reserves the right to take legal action against individuals who infringe upon our intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • CertHub makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date course information but does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any materials.

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or financial loss arising from:

    • Course content or certification results

    • Technical issues affecting course access

    • Third-party actions, including exam providers

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the course in question.

8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

CertHub values customer satisfaction and encourages customers to contact us directly before making complaints on public platforms or forums.

8.1 Internal Complaint Handling

  • We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 business days.

8.2 False or Malicious Complaints

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
